Baseline Oil & Gas assigned ‘CCC+’ rating, outlook positive - S&P - Forbes. NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services said it assigned ‘CCC+’ corporate credit rating to oil and gas exploration and production company Baseline Oil & Gas Corp with a positive outlook.
