Meanwhile, the oil companies and government want us to believe that they have no control over gas prices and are unable to lower them? If the oil companies were forced to pay for it, not only would it be infringing on their economic freedom, but the market’s natural forces of supply and demand would be screwed up and it would make things a lot worse for everyone involved. read more
