Gas prices fall below $3 mark for first time since November - Boston Globe
A weekly survey by AAA Southern New England released Monday finds prices are up three cents to an average of $3. The Ocean State’s gasoline prices are now on par with the national average of self-serve regular. Compared to last year at this time, prices are way up. A year ago, prices averaged $2.
