JP Morgan hikes FY 2008 oil price forecasts, cuts outlook for gas prices - Forbes. LONDON (Thomson Financial) - JP Morgan is raising its full-year 2008 oil price forecast on the back of a smaller-than-expected fall in demand, but is cutting its outlook for gas prices this year and next, the investment bank said in its latest Oil & Gas monthly report. Elsewhere in the report, JP Morgan said it is lowering its fourth quarter 2007 natural gas price forecast, as well as that for the first half and consequently the full year 2008.
